The City provides brightly colored orange waste bags to volunteers who register using the online WAIVER. Currently, volunteers could pick up 10 orange bags per month at the Wildomar Cemetery – 21400 Palomar Street. Once filled, these bags could be left in a safe location alongside the road. Volunteers can notify City of Wildomar Public Works Department of the location of the filled bags using the PUBLIC REQUEST PORTAL.
