City Clerk department

The City Clerk is responsible for the care and custody of all the official records and documents of the City, and for providing and maintaining legal and historical records and information. The City Clerk is responsible for the preparation and distribution of City Council agendas; provides records retrieval and legislative research; conducts all municipal and special elections held by the City, administers a citywide records management program, ensures compliance with regulations relating to the Fair Political Practices Commission, and coordinates the updating of the Wildomar Municipal and Zoning Codes. The City Clerk is also the custodian of the City seal.
